This is “content” - will it come ‘thru’ 

- entered into editor from an MS word copy/paste saves to DB fine, comes back from DB fine, but when displayed back to editor all the 4 diff. quote chars are displayed as ? (question) marks.  Any ideas how to get around this. 

Word clean wasn't done prior to the save - Is it mandatory to perform this when copy/pasting from MS Word docs ? Why is it so and are there any other chars like these 4?
