Can't point to /ig_common/20091clr35/Forms/WebSchedule/AppointmentAdd.aspx

I have the applicable items on the page.  The page displays properly, but does not show the AppointmentAdd.aspx page and others related.  I have the product installed locally, running IIS on my web server.

How or where can I install these files at to make this work?

Any help would be appreciated.
