Adding ChartImages folder to Team Foundation Server results in pending changes

Any Team Foundation Server experts out there??  I have a web chart and have added the ChartImages folder to source control.  This is fine but the problem is that every time a new image is created in the folder, TFS thinks I want to add it to pending changes.  Does anyone know of a way that the ChartImages folder can be included in source control (so that it will always be created locally) but that the image files will not be included for check in?  I realize this is more of a TFS question but if anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate it.

    i don't use TFS, but with svn i can ignore files and patterns on my checkins, i'm sure this is possible with tfs also.
