^ That sample doesn't want to work at all for me in IE7 I can start a drag, but when I let go, the item remains attached to the mouse pointer, it requires a second click to abort the drag (it's doesn't end up moving to where you want it to either)

Errors are as follows:

AND

Error: '_currentSource.element.id' is null or not an object

Any ideas? All the other drag and drop samples work, just not the webdatatree one.
