while Ultrawebgrid drag n drop it gives error

 "control can not be created because visual studio can not find the control's type in the control assembly."

    That sounds like an error in configuration.
    Are the reference pulled alright? Do you have
    Infragistcs2(35).WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v8.3.dll and
    Infragistcs2(35).WebUI.Shared.v8.3.dll referenced? Are these dlls in the
    bin or in the GAC?
