I believe this issue has been resolved in one of the service releases for NetAdvantage version 2009 Vol 2.

Currently the Drag&Drop should work as expected with all supported product versions in all browsers that are stated to be supported environments for your product version. For more information on which browsers are currently supported for your products please refer to:

If you encounter any issues with the drag&drop with a browser which is stated to be supported in the supported environments page (for your release version) don’t hesitate to contact us.
