Installation with NO local IIS

Hi, is it possible to install NET ADVANTAGE with NO local IIS, but having IIS available on a LAN server?

If possible, I'd like to have a roadmap to do so.

I'm planning to install on a vista business x64 machine with VS2008,
I'm connected to a win2003 server sp2,

and I'd appreciate any suggestion aimed to help me to avoid any time waste

NetAdvantage ASP.NET controls can work with the Web Development Server, which does not require IIS to be installed. You should have no problem running the installation without IIS installed.

What are the "IIS Components" in the setup. Do I need it, if if I first develop ASP only with the personal web server comes with Visual Studio 2010 ?
The installation say: It requires IIS installed on my local machine.
