webHTMLEditor Layout issue

I have added a webHTMLEditor control to a webform and I'm having an issue with the layout.  The toolbars are way too big and are much taller than they need to be to display the buttons.  See attached Screen Shot.

 Any Ideas?

     Hello,
    Could you please send a little bit more information about the HtmlEditor declaration.  ASPX declaration, code-behind or sample project – anything that can get us started is welcome.  There can be many reasons for that issue.
