Trial Version- Error Creating Control - UltraWebGrid

Dear All: 

after i installed infragistics ASP.net Advanced , 2008 2.0 and 3.5 Trial Version on Visual Studio 2008 , i faced same problem

i added WebGrid and UltraWebGrid and same msg error

Error Creating Control - UltraWebGrid1

Unable to locate license assembly.

Please help me....

what is the soluation.

    I had the same problem initially but I have been able to fix it.  Here is what I did wrong.  I had installed 2008 Volume 3 for CLR 3.5 but the samples are for CLR 2.0.  Once I installed 2008 Volume 3 for CLR 2.0 the problem went away.
