Ultra Graph jumps up to upper left corner of page

I positioned my ultra graph in a table cell, but it jumps up to upper left corner of page without me doing anything. Intermittent.

     i need more information to help with this issue.  a sample project or sample code would be ideal.  and what is an ultra graph?
