I installed NetAdvantage_Net2008_CLR 2.0 for Visual Studio 2005 on top of NetAdvantage 6.3 Web.
An error indicating "UltraWebGrid is ambiguous in the namespace Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.
My toolbox installed cleaning, however I do not see the Infragistics BIN for versin 8.2?
I have pages using v6.3 and will have new pages with v8.2, can they both resdie together? How do I resolve this issue as my existing dll references now read "Infragistics2.WebUI.....".
How do I get this working?

Thank you for the referencing the article, however after much thought, I have decdied to uninstall v6.3 and replace everything with v8.2.
At the time will the BIN directory with the associated dlls become available, currently I can not locate the folder for v8.2 title "Infragistics BIN" or anything similar as I have with v6.3?

If you run the 8.2 installation, our installer automatically places the new version in GAC and updates your toolbox, there is really no way we can scan all drives and all projects you have an automatically do that for you - it will just make the install process very long and complicated.
So after installer completes, just re-drop the controls from toolbox again, this will add the proper references. If you want to have the controls in /bin as opposed to GAC, make sure you select the Copy Local option for each reference to true (in the Properties Grid).
