License for build server?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a solution with Infragistics controls on a build server using msbuild. Now I get the following message:
Properties\licenses.licx(1): error LC0004: Exception occurred creating type 'Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebNavigator.UltraWebTree, Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebNavigator.v6.2, Version=6.2.20062.34, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb' System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: Unable to locate license assembly.

Do I need a separate Infragistics license for a build server?
