Bullets disappearing when other text is pasted

I am working with WebHtmlEditor vers 17.1.20171.1001 and have found some odd behavior. If I add bullets from the special characters button and then paste into the text area. The bullets disappear. I can recreate this using the control on https://es.infragistics.com/samples/aspnet/html-editor/general-properties

    Hello Dave,

    Thank you for using Infragistics ASP.NET!

    I was able to reproduce the behavior that you are describing. It looks like the “bullet” special character is pasted inside the HTML Editor but is not preserved, most probably because of a failing validation.

    I have created an issue about it and I assigned it to the team that is working on the WebHtmlEditor.

    You will receive a notification when the issue is updated.
