Hi I am wondering if it is possible to get an offline installer for the Web UI tools for 16.1.20161.2044? We have this version in a current build and cannot find the download to install it.

2044 of the product is not service release and is not available at products and downloads page.
You can download the complete bundle by selecting 16.2 product from https://es.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads from the products table it will automatically install the latest service release.
