Hi,
I have an application which is using Ultra grid in almost more the 20 user controls (pervious version). May I know how can I upgrade it to latest version.
Is there any wizard to do that or what?
Regards
Hello Ali,
You are using UltraWebGrid from ASP.NET platform.
I’m sorry that I missed that information.
If you are using any of the retired controls listed in the below page, then the assemblies of these controls are not included in the products of recent versions.
http://community.infragistics.com/blogs/taz_abdeali/archive/2011/11/17/asp-net-product-changes-in-2011-volume-2.aspx
Please replace them with the new controls in your project first then upgrade to the latest version.
The below page is the help topic about migrating UltraWebGrid to WebDataGrid.

This is the document that lists all the differences between UltraWebGrid and WebDataGrid.

Hi
I've an asp.net application (.Net franework 4) which is using infragistics asp.net controls (Infragistics4.Web.v10.3, Version=10.3.20103.2217). I am using version utility and it return me below error.
We have determined this solution/project/website to have retired ASP.NET controls in the following file C:\Dev\Project\Area Commitee Payment\Code\Stjohn.Payments\Solution\Web Interface - Internal\Web Interface - Internal.vbproj. NOTE: There could be retired controls in other files too. The utility cannot proceed any further. Please refer to the following blog post on how retired controls are being handled. http://community.infragistics.com/blogs/taz_abdeali/archive/2011/11/17/asp-net-product-changes-in-2011-volume-2.aspx
Please help
We ship a tool called Version Utility which allows you to upgrade projects created with old Infragistics products to a new version.
