QTP objects are not getting recognized

Hi,

I am using Dot net windows application where i am trying to record objects but unfortunately the objects are not getting recorded, could anybody help me in this?

    Hi Amina,

    You mentioned in another post that the application you are testing does not use Infragistics controls. This produce (TestAdvantage for Win Forms) is intended to enable functional test automation for application that uses Infragistics Win forms control. For any other controls you need to create your own proxies or check with the control provider if they have something like this for their controls.

    If you choose to create your own proxy, there is a good walkthrough in QTP help and HP website
