RFT failed to recognized object in 64 bit application with Windows 7 Env

Rational Functional Tester (RFT) failed to recongized infragistics objects. I am able to record the obeject. However while playback RFT not recognized the objects.

I am using 64 bit Application in Windows 7 environment.

 I had installed Test advandage 10.3 which match with the NetAdvantage Version.

 And I selected the Version Utility from Start menu.

What is the next step I have to proceed.

    Which version of RFT and which version of Visual Studio are you using?

    Also, please send me the files located at "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\RFT\customization"
