Hello Ajay,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics Developer Support!
The classic controls are retired and no longer supported. They are also not included in NetAdvantage versions 11.2 and above. I would suggest you to migrate to the new controls based on our Aikido framework. Here you can find more information on the matter:
https://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/ASPNET/2013.1/CLR4.0/html/Classic_Control_Migration_Guide.html?_ga=2.72493395.1361514943.1564061678-1320467891.1559052143&_ga=2.72493395.1361514943.1564061678-1320467891.1559052143

Ajay,
It isn't clear whether you are asking how to remove the control from your project or how to remove the error. If you are asking how to remove the control, refer to the Classic Control Migration Guide that Denis provided and you will see that the WebExplorerBar replaces the WebListBar. For the UltraWebNavigator assembly I assume you were using the WebTree or the WebMenu and the replacements for these controls are the WebDataTree and the WebDataMenu.
If you are asking how to remove the error, I believe the specific exception that you are seeing is fixed in the latest service release of 2011 Volume 1 and you could download a trial of this and upgrade your application to see if it addresses the issue. If you choose to do this, you can find the trial on the archived downloads page.
Note that there are breaking changes in a few of the volumes between 2005 Volume 3 and 2011 Volume 1 that are likely to impact you so it may actually be better to replace the controls with their jQuery or ASP.NET AJAX equivalents in the latest volumes of our web toolsets.
Let me know if you have any questions with this matter.
thanks
