hi,
I used Ultrawebgrid with a target url, when i click on the link the page is reloaded and in that page there is a button back redirecting to the ultrawebgrid page.
When i click on the back button the Ispostback is always false and am not able to go back to previous page.

The classic controls are retired and no longer supported. They are also not included in NetAdvantage versions 11.2 and above. I would suggest you to migrate to the new controls based on our Aikido framework. Here you can find more information on the matter:
