This code doesn't work, the inner xamDialogWindow has sporadic behavior, it attempts to always expand to the right to fill.
Hi,
I am just checking if this is still an issue for you and if you could provide more details on the matter.
I noticed that in the video you have attached when the height of the modal dialog is changed by the user the width also changes to enlarge the window to the parent width. For some reason I am still not able to reproduce this behavior on my side. Would you please share some details about your environment so I can test this in a similar scenario? What is the operating system and its version? What is the version of the browser? Thank you.
I see in your video it is working, but I can not reproduce this behaviour. This is what my team is seeing. We haved tried 2012.1.2179, 2014.1 latest service release, and 2014.2 latest service release
Hello and thank you for posting!
I have tested this behavior on my side using the code snippet you provided. It seems that I am missing something in the scenario as I was not able to reproduce the issue. On my side the nested windows is restricted in the parent window. Would it be possible for you to have a look at the attached video and the sample project and modify it to illustrate the issue?
I've tried it in both 12.2 and 14.1
