Ultra web grid performance issue in ie9 and ie11

Hi,

Ultra web grid performance is slow in ie9 and ie11 browsers. i am using infragistics 2011.1 version.

If more than 400 records takes above 1 minute time to load, i am not using paging in this grid.

i wrote below code, but no use
