I am trying to find a replacement of Microsoft report viewer for win form applications. Is it possible that ultrareportviewer can be used to render SSRS reports? What all rendering format does it use? If there is no direct way to render a SSRS report in UltraReportViewer then can it render based on byte() or Io stream?
I am a web app developer working for the Tennessee Valley Authority. I am on Netadvantage 2012.2 which I just installed. I am being asked to consider being on a team to convert some Actuate reports to SSRS which has no WYSIWYG report designer. Wondering if I can leverage NetAdvantage Reports designer / controls to build an interface for the SSRS reports or is your Visual Studio Report designer & controls really an alternative to SSRS?
Thanks,
Leonard Sisson
