Webgrid: Rows rendering changed from 7.3 to 8.1?

I've always used the Css property on the RowStyleDefault and AlternateRowStyleDefault to draw borders etc.

In other words the Css property was rendered on the td's in the table. Now, since vol 8.1 the rendering has changed or

something because it now renders the Css property on the tbody among others? Now I can't draw borders the way

I used to.

How am I suppose to draw the borders now? Which property will give the same functionality
