Hello Kiran,
Thank you for your reply.
Is it possible for you to check whether any javascript excepions are being thrown when selecting a row in IE9 ? A small sample illustrating the matter would be greatly appreciated and will allow me to provide more feedback as to the cause of the behavior. Additionally, please note that build 2164 is not the latest SR available for volume 10.3 - the latest SR is build 2217 and would be available for download from your account on our website.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Hi Petar,
Thanks for your reply. It found to be useful.
The version i am using is Infragistics4.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v10.3. Since this is 10.3(10.3.20103.2164 ), this version should support IE9 but the control is not supporting IE9.
Suggest on this.
Please note that the UltraWebGrid control is outdated and has been retired as of Volume 11.2 of NetAdvantage. More information regarding the product changes and a list of the replacement controls for the retired toolset may be found at:

In order to be able to provide more specific feedback it would help to know your exact product version, however, judging by the description of the selection issue in your scenario, it seems that you may be using a version of the Classic ASP.NET toolset which does not support IE9. Please note that for UltraWebGrid in particular, IE9 is supported in versions 10.2 and 10.3 (via Service Releases) and in 11.1:

The control we are using is UltraWebGrid. We use this in the generation of a form. Our’s is a product based company. In one of our internal projects, there is a case where user uses a table control using our IDE. Internally the form is generated using Ultrawebgrid and to this the data is bound. When the form is run in the browser, unable to select rows of the grid.
I am still following this thread, do you still need assistance?
