My question was only about the fixed header on top. As you can see the repeated headers are redundant. Further more they are taking a lot of space that could have been used to show meaningful data.

Using the Sorting functionality arranges the records in the order as Administratie, Onderhoud, Planning, and R&D when applying in ascending order.
When enabling group by the headers are shown within each group. As far as showing headers only on top of all the groups a product idea can be submitted on the xamGrid control.
