How to generate a pivot view using OLAP flat data source?

Hi,

I wanted to generate a pivot view using OLAP flat data source. The pivot should look like attached image. I don't know how to add measures added in last 2 columns ('Internet Ratio to Parent Product' and 'Internet Ratio to All Products'). The pivot view shown in attached image was generated using http://es.infragistics.com/products/silverlight/sample/pivot-grid/#/calculated-members. The only difference is, I have the data in ObservableCollection<Sales> and not pulledusing any OLAP cube. So, I am wondering how to add last 2 measures. Any sample solution/code snippet is what I'm looking for...
