hello I all I Faced One problem with paging In WebGrid

In my application Datasouce is One  DataTable 

I did these Following steps 

Set My Datatable to Grids DataSouce 

At design time I Set Browser value to Xml and  Its Loadondemand to Xml

Allow Paging = true

Pagesize=4

provide Grids initializedatasouce,PageindexChanged event also..

and i run it  page links is  displying but  i cant Navigate by clicking page Link

Plz give me a solution  for this.............
