In my code I allow my users to export a UltraWebGrid to a PDF file via the UltraWebGrid Document Exporter. It works by I am getting the following exception:
The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>).
Any clues on why I'm getting this message??? I'm using 2010 vol 3 in Visual Studio 2008
Hello Kevin,Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this issue. If there is anything else I can do I would be glad if I can help.
Hello Kevin,What do you mean by totally unbound mode. Please take a look at the sample i am attaching. It contains grid with datasource and none of the columns is specified. In order to have any rows you have to set some datasource even an empty one.
Nikifor,
Thanks for the response. Ultimately I want to move up to the newer controls, but when is Infragistics going to support populating the new controls through a totally "unbound" mode?
Hello Kevin,Please take a look at the attached from me sample created via NetAtvantage 10.2.20103.2217 (latest service release). I have ultravebgrid and I export it. No issues like described from you occurs in IE 9 or even Chrome(which does not support our classic controls). If the issue occurs in other browsers or version please let me know. Please also take a note that 10.3 is no longer service supported - http://es.infragistics.com/support/product-lifecycle.aspx#ProductLifecycle and another note that our classic ultra controls are no longer part of our NetAdvantage package - http://community.infragistics.com/blogs/taz_abdeali/archive/2011/11/17/asp-net-product-changes-in-2011-volume-2.aspx
