Column cutt off in IE 8 compatible mode

I am using infragistic 10.3 and ASP.Net 2008. I am having issue in dispaying ultrawebgrid in IE8 compatible mode .Columns are cutting off from right and even horizontal scroll bar is not appearing(grey) in some cases and sometimes appears.We are setting the UltraWebGrid width=100% and Columns width in "px" .Tried solution posted on the forum of setting EnableSetCrawel and so on but no success . UltrawebGrid is dispaying properly in IE standard mode but having problem only in IE8 compatible mode.
