tooltip always visible on bubble marker

Hi i have developed a sample of motion chart using the example

I have added checkbo to make scattered line series visible/invisible

i want to added another feature to be develop.i want the tooltip on the bubble marker  to be visible for which trial is shown. I.E.tooltip should be visible not only on mouse over but it should be always be visible when trial is displayed for that bubble marker.
