This is regarding Support ticket :CAS-64467-V6GM3R  which is closed now.I would like to reopen this ticket immediately. Since i was busy these days , i was not able to check my support activities.Please can you reopen this ticket so that we can have one hour or two hour session to discuss about this issue by sharing desktop?.If you are ok, please provide your e-mail ID so that will send the conference call details.

 I have located in Bangalore (India). Would it be possible to have call any time in between 8:00AM to 4:00PM IST?.
