i would like to create a vertical menu like this :

I like this menu because it's vertical, icons are bigger than a normal XamMenu, and when Mouse is Over the MenuItem it becomes blue. Also i want to add some border to this Menu.
I tried using the xaml below the sample but not rendering as the Menu in sample.
Could someone help me please ??
The problem is that i never tried to use style,teplate etc. in silvelright.
