We were using trial version of Silverlight and then we went ahead got keys for the product. We tried uninstallling the silverlight controls and reinstalling with the correct product key. We still see the trial version message at the bottom of the webpage in our silverlight app.
How exactly are we supposed to activate the license keys?

I have been looking into your issue and I suggest you run the NetAdvantage installer again and enter the Key there, so that your version become licensed. After that you can go to our website on the ProductRegistration Page:
http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/ProductRegistration.aspx
and register your Key, so you can have an active support and be able to download Service releases for your product. Please let me know if this helps you or you need further clarifications on this matter.

I am using my infragistics 11.1 licence version , but vedors of infragisitcs said to me that we can update the version its free of cost ,but still i am getting its a Trail version . can any one suggest me ... how to upgrade my version .i have done al possbel things

Have you tried cleaning and rebuilding your application after installing the product with licensed key? If that still does not help , you should remove all Infragistics dll-s from References folder and readd them again! If you still experiencing any issues, please feel free to share them in order to assist you!
