The menu seems to work fine, except when you're not in a top-level item, the hover style isn't applied.
I know the answer will probably be "upgrade to 10.3"; but, first I'd like to check for updates to 10.2 we may not have (how do I do that?)
If we do need to upgrade to 10.3, does 10.3 still allow the old-fashioned UltrWebGrid?
Thanks
We also are experiencing this issue with IE 9 - if you have a mixture of enabled and disabled top level items it also fails to apply the hover style. I'm not sure why we can't just use the :hover CSS tag - there seems to be some JS handling the application of the hover style.
Our submenu items also do not get the hover style as you experienced. We are running with the latest 2011.1 released in June.
Please fix ASAP!
Thanks!
This issue is now resolved in the latest service release. This service release is available under your account at the Infragistics Website. To download the service release, log in to ‘My IG’ and select ‘Keys & Downloads’. Select the NetAdvantage tab and then click on the product name. The available service releases should now be listed on the page underneath the tab control.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns about this matter.
Hi Jason,
I recently upgraded my application to v11.1 and has the same issue for IE9. Could you also provide me the service release for fix the problem?
I've created a private case for you, CAS-116043-X8G1J2, which I'll use to provide you with more information about how to download the service release. Let me know if I can be of any further help!
