Where find Silverlight v10.2 ?

Hi,
I work for a client who uses NetAdvantage Silverlight v10.2 but he don't want evolve at v10.3 for the moment. Is there a way to get the .dll of v10.2 ? By purchasing the licence of v10.3 ?
