What I would like to do is the following;
1] Have a page where the content is held within a number of webpanels.
2] The number of webpanels to be made would be user/DB driven.
3] Each panel would host a webcontrol/webpage.
My ?'s
1} is something like this possible?
2} how to point the webpanel to the control/web page I want it to display?
3] would it be possible to create these webpanels on the fly as needed in code?

Hi Deasun,
It has been a while since your post, however in case you still need assistance I would be glad to help.
As for creating WebPanels as needed in the code - there should be no issues with that.
Regarding having pages displayed inside the WebPanel - this can be achieved by using master pages and having ContentPlaceHolders inside the WebPanel's template. I am attaching a sample which demonstrates such a configuration.
