We are having lot's of trouble with the performance of the XamGrid once summaries have been enabled. In our application, where teachers can insert/edit grades of students, we use several types of summary rows. These rows slow down the XamGrid enormously once enabled.

I've attached a sample project where you can reproduce the problem. Initially the summary rows are disabled. First try to rapidly insert digits by rapidly typing 1 & [arrow down]. Then enable the summaries by clicking the button (beware, this takes a long time...), and after that again insert digits by rapidly typing 1 & [arrow down]. You'll notice that after summary rows have been enabled, the grid becomes really slow, it will miss most of the input. This is what our users experience every day...

We use Ants Profiler (Red Gate) here, you probably do too. Could you please take a look and figure out what makes the grid so enormously slow once summaries are enabled?
