all RadioButtons are not visible when I add the Office2010 theme to the ribbonbar.

Hi Marco,
That's definitely a bug in the theme. The thing is that the RadioButtons didn't have a "Large" state prior to 10.3. In 10.3, we added Large state support to the RadioButtonTools, but it seems it didn't make it into the Office2010Blue theme. So if you have MaximumSize set to "ImageAndTextLarge" (or don't have it set at all), this is the result that you would get.
I've attached a modified theme file with this problem fixed.
