still very slow if selecting over 50 rows or more

hi, iam currently use ultrawebgrid 10.2.20102.2040 and ie8 . i display on a page 200 rows and want select over 50 or 100 or 200 rows. but this is sooooooooo slow, can anyone help me to speed up?

paging is not the best solution
