Styling the header

I'm using the xamTileView more like a host for modules in an application, not for a collection of items in a dataset.

I'm having a fit trying to style the header template. Here's what I'd like:

  • In all states, I want it to look like the red title blocks on this site: http://www.criticalpathtraining.com ... basically the three little arrows (an image) and the whole bar a dark red... ideally changing the max/min/restore button color to being a bit more like the Avee sample (no button on minimized/normal mode... clicking the tile maximizes it)
  • When it's in normal mode, I'd like to remove the three arrow icon and have it start with the same dark red when minimized/normal, but have the rest of the tile have a gradiant that starts with the red in the header tile and goes all the way down.

Is the Avee sample available to view how it's styled? That's pretty close to what I want... to do. Styling in Silverlight is my biggest stumbling block :(
