I'm trying to uninstall the Silverlight 2010.1 Help but the installer keeps complaining about a missing file.
It was originally installed using the "NetAdvantage_WebClient_Complete_20101.exe" file. To uninstall it I've tried going into Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and then clicking Remove on the entry for the Help install. The uninstall starts but then almost immediately asks for the location of a "NetAdvantage_Silverlight_20101_Help.msi" file and that's where I'm stuck. There's no such file anywhere on my system and it doesn't seem to be available for download from your site either.
I'm assuming "NetAdvantage_Silverlight_20101_Help.msi" is packaged in something else but I haven't figured out how to get it.
How do I resolve this issue?
Claes,
Please use the folowing link to download the MSI file, and follow the instructions bellow to copy the MSI to specified location.
You will need to search the registry location HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products for {C5D352B3084452F4F8624E50EB6CADDA}, then in the sourceList node find the LastUserName, and copy the MSI to the location listed. Then try unistalling it.

That sort of worked. The registry key that you mentioned doesn't exist on my machine but the uninstall gave me the option to browse for the file and that worked. It didn't remove the shortcuts in the start menu though, but it's good enough.
Thanks
