When Bluepoint Solutions ODOC software is installed, the user gets a script error “The parameter is incorrect” in the ScriptResource.axd file on line 12001, character 3. This is after the grid has been displayed, but before any data is filled into the grid. When the ODOC software is removed, no script error is generated. Has anyone had a conflict with the grid and this software?
We found the answer. We knew it was happening because of the ODOC install while installing ODOC and accepting all the default components the grid would not display. Next we started removing one component at a time and checking the grid. The component that is stopping the grid from working is ODOC Storage. We don’t think that component is needed anymore and trying to confirm that with Bluepoint. On machines build in the past, we have not loaded that component so that would explain why some workstations were not affected and some were.
