HELP: Double Click: Event is not fired

Hope anybody can help:

We use the UltraWebGrid in many Pages of our App. Works fine to select rows with double click.

We wanted to show the app at on customer. In his browser the double click event is not fired... Did anybody now some options in the ie Browser or Firewall / proxy with block the double click event?
