Too many items to show on the screen
posted

Hi,

I have a Ultrawebmenu in my application.  I have two questions about it.

1) Some of the menu's have so many items that they don;t fit on the screen. As I want the user to be able to view all items, I would like to have some kind of scrollbar. Or on the top of the screen a button where the user can scroll up and a button on the bottom to scroll down.  I can;t find both options in the properties, is something like this possible?

2) I'm using the tagfield to set additional information I need when a user clicks an item. I can't find the Javascript function to get the text in the tagfield. Maybe i'm overseeing this, but can you help?

    Hi there,

try upgrading to NetAdvantage 10.3 version in which the WebDataMenu has scrolling feature. Take a look at the Scrolling samples of WebDataMeni on http://samples.infragistics.com/2010.3/WebFeatureBrowser/Default.aspx

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
