Ultrawebgrid in Content page is failed to export pdf

I am having ultrawebgrid in content page. When I try to export the grid to pdf, It is failed.

Nothing is displayed in pdf file.

By the same time, the same functionality is working fine in normal page.

I am having the Infragistics version -  NetAdvantage for .NET2008 vol.2 CLR3.5.

Please let me know what I need to do for pdf export in content page.
