Grid not resizing when parent form opens maximized

I have a WinGrid control on a form and the form's initial state is maximized.  However, the WinGrid will not fill to the size of the parent form until you restore and maximize the form manually.  The Dock style for the control is "Fill".  I'm not sure why the control will not size properly.

 Any suggestions?
