UltraGridColum display some number as text + allow customer sorting numerically

Hello,

In altrawebgrid, I have several UltraGridColumns with float data. When data is -1, it need to be displayed as "NA", -2 displayed as"ND"...And also need to allow customer sorting numberically on those columns. Dose anyone have any idea about how to realize it? Sample code will be very helpful.
