I think you guys are running into a separate positioning issue that affects master pages. I'm familiar with the problem and a fix for it should have gone out with the last Hotfix but apparently it did not make it into the build, if that's the case I apologize in advance. I'm going to do a little research to verify whether or not the fix has been released, in the meantime if you could contact support with a sample page that demonstrates the issue and have them test it against the latest build of the controls that would help a lot.

That way if it is the same problem I'm familiar with we can verify that it's fixed for you, and also make sure you are alerted as soon as the next hotfix is released. If it's not the same issue it will help us to have your samples available while we're working on a new fix to ensure that we have greater coverage in that area. Also, feel free to post sample aspx pages here, that way I can try to test them myself.

Either way, I recommend contacting support to make sure you are notified when a fix is released.
