I want to create a column of type date using webdatechooser

How to use the templated column at runtime to create one webdatechooser control  and assign to the column

i added webdatechooser control to the page and tried this out.but this control is visible outside the grid.

how to bind the webdatechooser to grid column so that it is visible only at column.
