postback event don't fire with an webgrid inside a control on the page

i have a webpage that has a standard aspgrid on it 

and on this page there is a user control with an infra ultrawebgrid \

when i click on a command inside the aspgrid he goes to page load than to control's page load but he doesn'go to the oncommand event 

if i remove the ultrawebgrid   from the user control than the oncommand event fires
